You could see it for a long way before we got to it. There was no sign or marking saying what it was or why it was there. There was no town near it. There was no far near it. It was just up on a hill, sitting there in its glory. When we got back to Killarney we asked Junior about it and he said that when they built the road they had extra funds. So, the road commission build a horse statue because they didn't know what to do with the extra money. That would never hapen to our roads, however, spending money for the sake of spending does happen. Congress is great at it.
