Rumors

Rumors have been rampant since the day New Orleans' residents descended upon our fair city of Baton Rouge. They've changed from the horrible desparate things we heard at first to now hearing them break contracts they've signed. From more than one mouth I've heard people wonder if the NO residents would have opened their homes. General consensus has been a resounding no! This story is not over but it is winding a strange path. As the mayor tells folks in various areas of the city to come back home, they return to find no schools and a sad lack of services. I have heard that you can still smell the stinch from a helicopter! This is Day what? More to follow soon...
